I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Etchells & Young Property Brokers. My experience with their agents and the company as a whole has been nothing short of frustrating.
I reported an issue regarding a door in my apartment that does not fit the frame properly. This has made my stay incredibly uncomfortable, particularly during this cold winter. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, the company has been painfully slow to respond and has blatantly ignored the matter.
It is clear that Etchells & Young have no intention of resolving this issue, leaving me to endure the discomfort. I urge anyone considering renting an apartment handled by them to think twice. If I had the option to move out, I would do so immediately, but unfortunately, I am currently bound by the lease agreement.
In summary, my experience with Etchells & Young Property Brokers has been overwhelmingly negative, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
We have also now taken the initiative and contacted the owner directly and he will replace the door and sort out the issue with the Estate Management.
