Disgusting
The way this company treats people is disgusting, their loyalties lie with the landlord and do as they please, after sending in a spy under the guise of a " evaluator I get told after 3 months that the pool doesn't work and the back door is broken and request a unit inspection only to find that all problems were existing and listed but not attended to as promised and when informing them of this I get sworn at and threatened. Unbelievable.

Just bear in mind we have on record all the abusive, profane and insulting emails, whatsapps, and voice-notes from you to our staff and agents. No-one from Etchells & Young has sworn at or threatened you. If they have, please provide details by contacting our office. The only one in our office who speaks to you is Lesley, but she sits in an open-plan office and everyone would hear her is she were to swear at anyone. Her manager would not be happy about that at all.
You are correct about one thing though - we are loyal to the landlord, who is our client. We are obliged to follow their instruction and they have asked for an inspection and valuation of the property because they want to sell it, that is why they do not want to renew your lease. Remember our agent Phil called you, you swore at him as well. The owner (or their agent) has the full right to view or inspect the property art any reasonable time, all they need to do is give you notice to do so.
The random items you mention appear to have been identified by another agent, not at all linked to Etchells & Young, who the owner must also asked for a valuation, which is 100% within their rights.
