Deposit Refund

I moved out of an apartment I was renting through E&Y almost 3 weeks ago and have not received any of my deposit back. I have to keep chasing their maintenance team everytime I want feedback. I paid my rent in full, on time, everytime but now that I am no longer their client they are dragging their feet in refunding me my deposit. It cannot take 18 days (at the time of writing) to determine how much of my deposit I will be getting back.

This is extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
