Subscription to ET1.Mobi - I never subscriped for

I received a cellphone bill of R516 from ET1.Mobi who charged me for a daily subcription of R17.20 for something I have no idea what it is. I never subscribed to this site.<br> <br> I want a refund on the amount of R516 back or futher steps will be taken.
