YET AGAIN NO DELIVERY OF SERVICE

<p>It is honestly becoming such a joke to deal with MAC cosmetics and I now understand why so many people have stopped supporting this company! My last three orders have been such a mess and such a fight to get. Yet again one of my orders have been cancelled with absolutely no communication what so ever. And my refund? what refund? You get that when they decided to give it back. They dont answer any emails or phone calls and when they decide they are going to there is never a manager to speak to they are always either off or on a call. How a office runs with out a manager i have no clue, oh wait we do it means absolutely to customer service or delivery of products what so ever. If this is the level of service that is acceptable for such a big brand then count me out as a customer ever again!!</p>
