Worst ever experience

Actually 0 rating for Estée. Placed an order in November and did not receive my products for Christmas. Called the call centre numerous times. No help Monies was just refunded only in January and was told system error. How on earth they can not redo the sale. Worst ever experience big brand cannot deliver to their clients. I have been their client for the last 15 years.
