WORSE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

WORSE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I placed an order online on 29th Nov 2024, after making payment, the money got deducted off my account, I did not receive any order confirmation email or order number. After inquiring this on their whatsAPP, I was told my order will be cancelled and money returned. I reached out on their Instagram page, nobody bothered to respond to my DM. I've been waiting now for 12 days and did not receive my refund. I will not allow you to **** me, this is unacceptable. I need my refund today otherwise this is going viral on social media!! GET BACK TO ME TODAY!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
