Very Poor Service

i bought on their website on Nov 28 2022, and still awaiting for the order, tried contacting them several times with no luck, finally today i spoke to the consultant and she responded with stories that were not a true reflection and we reached a resolution of refund, then she was quick to remove my online account while the matter is not settled.
