Very poor service

I did an online order in November 2023. I saw that the colour foundation was wrong and immediately informed them. They said they will do an exchange. I still received the wrong colour. I've send them an email that I need them to do an exchange. After a few weeks they did send the courier to come get the wrong colour foundation from me in December 2023. I've send them an email again to say it was collected but I haven't received my foundation yet. They rep**** and said the courier will contact me to notify when it will be delivered. I've send numerous emails and every time their reply is that it's loaded on the system and I will receive it soon. It's already February 2024. 4 months, to do an exchange!!! This is ridiculous!! I will never buy anything from Estee Lauder again, there client serves is a disgrace.
