USE OF ARAMEX FOR DELIVERIES

Once again, absolutely pathetic service from Aramex. This is the 3rd time that I have spent an entire day waiting for a delivery. I called the call centre to follow up on the delivery to find out that the driver **** and said that he came to deliver, and no one was home. I then ask for a specific time of delivery for the following day, I am told that it has been escalated and someone will call me in the morning. Safe to say on one has call. I call in again around 11am, to be told that the driver manager says delivery will take place before 3pm. How is that confirmation of a time???, Meaning Aramex has wasted 2 days of mine. With this particular delivery anyways, excl the other 2 times. I request that this is not a preferred provider to anyone. I am contacting Estee Lauder (deliverer) to request that they not use Aramex going forward as well. Extremely unacceptable service with LIES and no assistance even from management.
