UNREASONABLE SWOP REFUSAL AT EDGARS

<p>My husband bought me a Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation as one of my christmas gifts as he had seen my foundation bottle upside down in the bathroom for some time. He got me a Rich ****** shade which i thought would be alright because it did not look too far off from the Rich Caramel shade i always used. It was only after i used it that i then realised that it was a bit lighter than my actually shade. I then went with him to Edgars Key West where he bought it from to try and swop it. The problem was i had thrown away the box as it was too bulky to put in my makeup bag with the box. I was told after the supervisor had phoned her management and advised in my presence that she had checked the foundation and everything was fine only thing missing was the box, that they could not do the refund. Very unreasonable as a box is not contents and i am sure an arrangement could have ben made to just to try and assist in the situation regardless. I will never buy Estee Lauder again (which i vahe used for over 10 years now) as if such things happen then there is no back up at all.</p>
