Unprofessional consultants at Estee Lauder

I have been to your Estee Lauder counter in Edgars 3 times, on three different days.<br> <br> First day, the consultant, a pregnant lady told me she cannot try my foundation because I am wearing make up and she will use a machine to test the color of my skin. No attempt was made to remove my foundation like other make up consultants at other shops would do.<br> <br> Second time, she is out on lunch-which I perfectly understand. And may I add that the counter was empty.<br> <br> Third time, after standing for 10mins, she tells me she is going to be long with the client and I should rather go to another store. She never bothered asking me why I was here for.<br> <br> It's almost like she never needed my business, no customer service, no apologies NOTHING!<br> <br> I walked to Dior counter, bought foundation double the price of what I was willing to pay at Estee Lauder but this is what I call customer service-even if it comes at a price. <br> <br> Goddbye Estee Lauder, never ever buying from you again! And I''ll make sure I tell other people how good your service was.
