Unfriendly Service

I have been all over Gauteng stores that I know I would purchase my double wear maximum cover and I have been told its been out of stock since last year, I have been leaving my contact details but until now there isn't any communication regarding this.

The I decided to phoned their customer care this morning and the receptionist (Refilwe) was so unfriendly and told me she doesn't know what I am talking about as this product has never been out of stock.

I felt so stupid and naïve yet I have been using this product since last 3 years.

Can somebody enlighten me on when will this be available ?
