Unbelievably bad service

I place a (substantial!) order via the EL website. Two weeks !!! later I get a notification that my order has not been picked and that the refund will reflect after 6 weeks !!! in my bank account. After complaining, I have not heard from them 5 days later... I cannot understand how a huge international company can display such utter inefficiency. I am disappointed beyond belief.
