Terrible service, online order not delivered!

Love the products but am having an awful experience with my first online order placed on 5 September 2023. My order has not been delivered as of 4 October. The after sales service is hopeless through their Whattsapp line. I have been following up daily. Was told to contact the courier, Aramex, who had no record of the tracking number. No response to email. Have now contacted them through Instagram and am getting the same response. ‘Issue has been directed to relevant department for urgent attention’. I’ve received better service from small local companies. This is a huge global company with very expensive products. Disgusting to say the least and will NEVER purchase from their online store again!
