I would like to place on record my appreciation to both Sam and Luanne from Estée Lauder Truworths Pavilion. During these uncertain times people have almost forgotten how to treat people with care and proficiency. But these 2 ladies, today, made my mum and I feel so cared for. They went to extra lengths to ensure we where addressed within Covid protocol, but without demeaning and shunning us off. All our questions where answered, and all our beauty needs where met, in one simple transaction. Thank you Beautiful, fearless women! It’s not only health professionals that deserve credit, it’s women like these, on the frontline, helping other women feel good about ourselves during these down and out days!
