Estée Lauder South Africa You guys never take your clients serious. I have received the nightmare experience trying to purchase online. I lost my money (R1020) no product. The payment went through from card transaction but the order was not completed due to system error. I was promised to get my money the same day by Lebo. They sent me a screen shot as a confirmation that they have reversed the money but i never i got it. When i phoned them , they said i need to phone the bank to release the money. The bank bank says Capitec Bankthey can't release the money because Estée Lauder South Africa has bank the money as yet. They requested that Estée Lauder South Africa should send a letter to confirm that the bank should release the funds to me and Estée Lauder South Africa they are refusing to send a letter. And those ladies who answers the phone ***1 are very rude. Since the 17 July till today i haven't received my money nor the product i wanted. I lost clients as makeup artist due this matter being unresolved.
