Thank you to dear Shireen from the Estee Lauder counter who was so professional and efficient when assisting me yesterday. I had just experienced a horrible encounter with a MAC consultant and decided to head towards Estee Lauder, Shireen went on to apologise for the Mac Consultants attitude and then assisted me with finding a product that suited me. So refreshing to find someone who actually cares about customer service!!
