Runny Products and caused skin to break out.

Firstly I would like to commend Estee Lauder on their service and skincare products for all these years.Last year November, I purchased Estee Lauder Products Menlyn Mall. These products included 50ml Advance Night replair, advance night repair for eyes and the enlightning skin range products. Previously I used the perfectly clean product range, so I wanted to try the enlightning range.To my surprise the Advanced night repair that I used on my skin was extremely runny compared to the usual one that I used. I then thought maybe its the new improved thinner one.Never the less I didnt doubt the product.I then used the new range products but then my skin broke out horribly.I had to consult a dermatologist and he had to prescribe me medication to get rid of the breakout. I am current;y still battling with marks and some breakouts.

I am very disapointed with the effect that it had on my skin. I discarded all the products that I purchased because something clearly went wrong with it.

I spent so much money and it was paid for in cash. How do I now trust that the products I buy is not ****.

I would like Estee Lauder to please look into this and revert back to me and see how this can be corrected and justified as I have lost so much money and developed a bad skin condition. I am hoping that we can coem to some type of compensation.
