For a brand that is premium, I just got the worst service. Placed an order for R3300 on 30 November 24. There was a 30% sitewide discount plus another promocode lyl_15 which was available that night. My payment was successfully processed and the order was NOT created, like other reviews I'm seeing here. After more than an hour of back and forth with an online agent. I asked for an exact discount of 40.5% on my next purchase and I was given 2 promocodes, one for 30% and another for 20% which I can't use at the same time cause their site only takes 1 promo code at a time. Now I am left prejudiced of items I should have bought at 60% being offered to me at 70%. I had options to purchase other products at BF prices but now I'm left cheated without my skincare products and a cancelled order.
