Product not received

Hi I placed an order during your Black Friday week online . The amount has gone off and reflects on my bank statement but on the website status its says it’s cancelled!!! How is it that no one answers emails or the telephone either. This is unacceptable Estée Lauder. Being your client for many years and I’m unable to get an response from you.
