Poor customer service

Your people that work in mall of Africa. A lady bu the name of Lisa was so rude. She first ignored me until someone told her to attend me . Then proceeded to show me the foundations and we tried 1 . She was so rough she hurt my nose ring 3 times . I understand 1s and twice but how do your apply so roughly and proceeded to say why would I do that to myself then walked off I had to call her ask for tissue to clean up then ask for a sample . She refused to even write the container and said take a picture for yourself. Then walkd off . No good bye or thank you .
