Pathetic service from Estee lauder Online shop

Absolutely DISGUSTING service, or lack thereof from Estee lauder SA. I placed an order online and the transaction completed and my bank account was debited - however I did not receive an order confirmation or order number. After countless emails I was informed that it was a technical error, my order does not exist, and I will be refunded. It has now been 15 working days and no sign of my money!!! There is no call center or contact details, just generic email responses.

I will be filing a chargeback with my bank to resolve this.
