Pathetic service

I had ordered two items at the end of 2020. When my delivery arrived only 1 item was present in the box. Iv contacted Estee Lauder numerous times but have received no assistance. This is extremely disappointing that id paid alot for two items but was ****** of 1 and did not even receive feedback or assistance to sort this out
