Pathetic delivery service

Ordered online on black Friday. Received an sms that following Sunday that my goods were to be delivered within 5 working days. I still have not received anything within 9 working days. I also sent 2 emails with no reply. In doubt if I will buy their products again. Very bad service for such an up-market product.
