Online order not received

I placed an order on 02/11/2015 on the estee lauder website of over R2000. According to their system it was shipped the sane dag. I have still not received the couriered parcel 9 days later and have send 3 emails to customer service to enquire and not even one feedback. Will defnitely never order from them again
