Not allowed to try, only buy

Visited the counter at Edgars Mall of Africa. The sales lady asked if I was going to buy a bottle, after I asked to try out their foundation. I said no,I am trying it out. She seemed very uninterested after that. She guessed a match for my skin tone, when I asked about the machine she told me it hadn’t been working for 2 days. She then tried out the colour she thought was my skin tone, put it on half my face. Then gave me the smallest sample you’ve ever seen that was too light for me skin which is surprising seeing as the ad is to try out the foundation for 7 days. That little tube is 2 applications at a stretch. I suppose you only get proper service if you buy?? Horrible service.
