No service

I was using Estee Lauder, I had to downgrade because of unemployment. Now I want to start using it again. Im struggling for about 6 months to get a tester. I was using amber honey but 2 ladies said it will be darker for me. I bought make up for R800- another brand, I'm not happy with it. So I want to go back to Estee Lauder. Few months I tried Foschini - Sammy Marks with no luck. Last week Friday I went to Truworths Church street, Kgothatso said she is waiting delivery this week. I called Wednesday and today, she hasn't received delivery. Please help...
