2 weeks ago I went to Edgars Red Square in Fourways Mall to purchase an Estee Lauder foundation. I wanted to be skin matched and the lady matched me, when I was ready to purchase she did not have the product. I had to go to Edgars for the foundation which I felt was an inconvinience because Edgars Square is for make up and there was no need for me to walk all the way to Edgars.

Today the 16th of July 2018, I went to buy the brow multi tasker and stay in place concealer at Red Square Fourways mall, the Estee Lauder consultant was not there and one of the ladies from the other brand tried to assist me in getting the right shade for my concealer and the right colour for the brow multi tasker but there were no testers to try out with. Consultant not there and no testers to top of that.

What an inconvinience as I love Estee Lauder products but always dissapointing to get such a service all the time at Red Square.
