No order delivered, refund made

I bought liquid foundation online on their website in April when they had a special 25% discount promotion. No stock was delivered. I called the call centre and they found my payment and admitted that the order was not processed. The exact amount was credited back to my credit card within the time frame the call centre announced and I was offered a discount code for future purchases. I am obviously hesitant to order online again, but I am very happy with the after-sales service I received.
