NO ASSISTANCE from Estee Lauder regarding my missing parcel

I ordered & paid on 26 Nov 2021 online for products over R 2,000.00.

Today is 8 Dec 2021.

I have been calling, e-mailing, whatsapping, using the online bot - with NO ASSISTANCE.

According to Estee Lauder and Aramax it has been shipped on 27 Nov 2021, and I should receive it soon (they have been saying that since last week)

Nobody comes back to me, after countless e-mails and calls - this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I have been using Estee Lauder for more than 5 years, buying online, with no problem.

The address is Pretoria - what is the excuse? It’s the holidays now and I am almost leaving - when will I receive my products?

Come back to me URGENTLY, or I will escalate the matter - I have been patient now for TOO long.
