Lying about stock been sold out for black friday

I have been online since 5am and the blockbuster 2017 was not available after a few calls to estee lauder and them advising they sold out online. I finally spoke to the customer service agent who advised that only whats online is available i then advised them that how is it this possible as i am sure after the weekend the item would be added back online to which she laughed and said yes you know it's just that they can exclude offers but this item was not excluded .very disappointing from estee lauder as i am using their brands and to lie like this. Its sad .the stores have stock but refuse to assist as the offer is only online did they have no stock available to start with.this needs to be investigated its not treating the customer fairly.
