Late delivery finally shows up >1mo later with missing items

Order placed on Black Friday arrived in the New Year. Whilst this was the couriers fault, EL then sent out a new package to me but without the full order being fulfilled. a) Change your courier company, it only takes one google search to see the really bad reviews the company has b) Send me my missing item ie DW pump which I emailed you about 2 days ago
