Ingredients List is Questionable

Still waiting to hear from them and I am sure i won't be getting an answer. Since when did Titanium Dioxide be included into the product. In addition the label is shaddy and it does not say what Titanium Dioxide is in there Nano or Non Nano and then there is another Titanium Dioxide under "May Contain" Sooooo what's the difference between the one that may be in the product vs the one that is in the product????
