Incorrect order received

I ordered a Mac foundation online to make my life a bit easier. Delivered a Mac lipstick instead of my foundation. So now I'm out of foundation, I have someone else's Mac lipstick and the girl at customer wants to take pics of my order and respond to emails..... Tried to save time and now I'm having to waste time trying to find where my Mac foundation is.
