Incorrect foundation matched and poor customer service

Hi I purchased the double wear Fondation like I always do but there seems to be something terribly wrong this bottle of Fondation. It's the same colour I purchase always however it seems to oxidate after a few minutes making my skin darker. I have always trusted Estee as I believed it was the best for me however I'm sad to say I won't be using your products any longer. I did go back to the store and was treated rather badly, I explained to the lady that I when I purchase the product I came in with a cleansed face and no make up on. I asked the lady for my colour and also had her put some on my face, by the time is reached home my face was a deep orange in colour and didn't look good. I came back to the store with the sealed bottle of foundation as I didn't open the one I bought and there was other lady at the counter who seemed very upset that I was returning the product she gave me other bottle of foundation but not without making it known that she was irrrated. I didn't want to argue as I paid a good amount of money for my foundation and didn't want them refusing my return. The foundation she gave is the same one I have now and it's still oxidates after I apply, even the spot on my hand that I use apply from you can see the colour change. I don't understand how the product I have been using for such a long time can cause this much grief and the staff act as if they have given the foundation at their cost. All im saying is please check this foundation and tell me whats going on as I never had this issue previously. I have also trusted this product because I belive the quality of your products. Our skin needs the best and Estee is regonzised world wide, if people that represent your brand cannot treat customers fairly then they should not be part of that brand. I have come to now accept that I should be looking to other brand as I don't want to go through the treatment your staff show customers. My agents at work have noticed the colour of my face and say it's darker than my neck area and doesn't look good. I have no choice but to use the foundation until payday so I can purchase other product.
