Great Customer Service

<p>I visited the Estee Lauder counter at Edgars Cresta mall and was warmly greeted by a lady called Anastasia. I should mention that I do not wear make up, however; I explained that to Anastascia and also informed her that i wanted to try on basic/natural colours since am a beginner. She listened to my request and helped out as per my request...trying on different colours/shades until I was satisfied. Of course she still gave her professional advice. It was however her respect & attitude towards what I wanted/preferred that impressed me the most.....given that I know very little about make-up. This is not what I experienced at another counter for another companyt which I tried before.</p> <p>Thank you Anastasia</p>
