Give my order or my money

I placed an online order on the 29th of October. When I checked my order status, it showed order canceled.

The order amount went off my credit card and I received an order confirmation.

I sent an email and phoned the customer care line numerous times without any answer. Stayed on the line 20 minutes per call without answer. Please let me know who I can contact to tell me what is going on with my order????

My online account has been blocked for some reason and I can't reach anyone from the Customer service to assist.

Very Disappointing
