Frustrating customer service

<p>Estee Lauder Men lyn cannot service their customers when the consultant is on lunch. </p> <p> </p> <p>Last week I wanted to take advantage of the Stuttfords promotion. I drove 25km to Estee Lauder Stuttfords only to be advised that the consultant is on lunch. I should return after an hour. I think Estee Lauder is not considerate to their customers.
