This one star is extremely generous considering the disgusting service I received from Dineo in Trueworths, she has a permanently bad attitude towards her job, it’s as though someone dragged her out of bed and forced her to go to work. I went on to colour match a foundation and was told that when consultants colour match customers who are not buying it comes off their commission which is completely untrue because I have worked for Estée Lauder before and know how it works.
