Estes Lauder Online Sales terrible service!!

I ordered R3000 worth of Estee Lauder products online on the 27th November. I have heard nothing further from them since placing the order and however my money has been debited from my account. When I login online to check the status of my Order it shows cancelled and it is impossible trying to phone their customer service, I have waited twice for up to an hour with no one answering their phones. I have emailed my query a few times to their customer service email address as well and no reply. This is disgusting service! If you dont have the infrustracture to handle black friday sales, don't take part in the day!!!
