Estee Lauder online orders

I have ordered products from Estee Lauder online over 2 weeks ago. After sending it to the wrong address at first I received my online order ( *** )eventually with Dawn Wing which they use for their online deliveries, I opened my package to find only 1 of the products I ordered and paid a lot for. Estee Lauder customer care number is not in existence and contacting them on their facebook platform they only responded telling me to email customer services. I have now send numerous emails to Estee Lauder customer service as it is not possible to contact them in any other way whatsoever! No response on my missing order for which I paid R960.
