Estee Lauder online disaster

Ordered online during black Friday week 25th Nov 2020 on the official Estee Lauder South Africa website and only received one of the four items that I purchased. Upon enquiry I was told that I would receive a refund because the products were out of stock and money would reflect 7 to 10 working days. When i asked for a reference number the lady insisted i didnt need one and that an email would be send within 10 mins confirming refund. To date no email and no reimbur*****t! I have called the customer care line about 5 more Times But have cut the call after being on hold for 50 minutes and over as I work from home with 2 little children and this takes time out of my day. I am out of pocket by over R1000 of my hard earned money that I saved to purchase these products that i can afford once a year and now i have nothing to show for it. Do not purchase online from them i cannot understand how they operate so unprofessionally. I have even emailed and went online requesting call backs but nothing.
