Online sales might look like a good thing but after sales service are pathetic After receiving half an order i contacted customer service that informed me that a refund will be processed Received a mail days later that this process will take 5 to 8 working days After making contact with them after this period a was told that the refund was approved and they -customer service will check what the hold up is-never came back to me After a while i contacted them again ,same story ,received a mail that stated 5 to 8 working days How many working days does it take to process a refund it's been 30 for me and yet no refund!
