Estee Lauder lack of customer service

A friend recommended the Double Wear foundation to me because I have a problem with my foundation disappearing - even though I used a primer. I went to Truworths beauty store in Gateway and they have no samples of the product. I then proceeded to go to Foschini in Gateway and they also dont have samples. I am not sure how you expect people to buy products without testing them first. I then went to Edgars in Gateway - there were 3 people at the Estee Lauder counter- first an indian lady asked me if I could help her and when I told her what I wanted, she fobbed me off and asked an Indian gentleman to help me. He did not ask me any questions but proceeded to decant a very very pink foundation - and I have an olive skin and gave it to me. I told him that I felt that it was too pink and he also walked away and left me standing with the pink foundation. I am highly disappointed because I wanted to sample the product and then not only buy the foundation, but a primer and a powder. Seems I will have to look at another brand - this is highly disappointing.
