Estée Lauder False Black Friday Adverting

Black Friday promo ! Estée Lauder offered a 30% off online discount over the Black Friday weekend and an additional free 5 piece gift if you spent R2000 or more. I placed my order early hours of Friday 24th Nov , spending R2054,50. I have received my parcel today with no 5pc gift. I have called the customer service line 8 times to just be told a different story by every constant I have been told that they cannot send the gift due to technical reasons (this offer was online Friday, Saturday and Sunday so why does my order from Friday have technical issues?) I have been told that I can send my package back if unopened (losing out on the whole point of the Black Friday special) Iv had the phone put down on me Iv been told I was lying as I did not spend R2000 (I still offered to send her my bank slip and she put the phone down in my ear)

This is really shocking! 100% False advertising!
