Estee Lauder

I went to an Estee lauder counter at woolworth's mall of africa asked for a foundation sample and was given a sample that won't even cover half my face. How you supposed to purchase products if you cant test them to your full satisfaction. I was given a shade darker which looked ok under the lights, couldn't use the product . Can we get assisted as we pay a lot of money for these products. This is discouraging.
