Estee Lauder Buy the product but we have no sample

I am totally disappointed in your brand.I was recommended by a family member to move from Clarins and try your totally awesome Advanced Night repair serum.After using it at her place on 2 occasions I decided to really try the products. So I go to Canal Walk and can you believe it NOT 1 store that sells your brand had a sample for me to try. So I then go to Cavendish Truworths on 8 June and spoke to your Estee Lauder lady Nasiema at the counter. Explaining to her that I have very sensitive skin and yes it was a bit dehydrated so of course she recommends the best product Advanced Night repair but unfortunately NO SAMPLES. So eager to try the product I purchased the Advanced Night Repair, the face wash, revitalizing Supreme and the eye cream. After just 3 days my face had a reaction to the products. I look like a tomato, my face is burning and peeling so Saturday 13.06 I called Truworths and explained what had happened and they told me discontinue. I went back to Truworths and gave the products back and believe me the people were shocked to see my face. Even the manager of Truworths was shocked at how my skin looks. All I got from beauty advisor was I'm sorry. I want Estee to call
