Estée Lauder bias service

<p>I just had the most unpleasant and totally bias service at Estée Lauder in Truworths Elements in Cavendish Square Mall. I was there collecting a sample of make up for my mother.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told after being there twice today, as the lady was on lunch the first time, that my mother needs to come in for a consultation when she just gave the lady before that a sample without consultation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think that if you are a customer facing service individual, you should treat all customers fairly, I mean I don't wear make up, what the hell am I going to do with face base.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway, just an unpleasant experience I don't think any customer should experience irrespective of gender or colour. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Y</p>
