Estee Lauder at menlyn mall

Good day

I was at Estee Lauder at menlyn mall and I was helped by guy named aubery and it was the worst service ever. I came in for a trial foundation of the double wear and the guy was absolutely rude insists the machine is correct after I told him I'm not happy with the colour. Doesn't know how to put make up on. I feel if I'm wearing the foundation I need to like the color not the consultant. Didn't even want to take my make up off to apply the foundation... Just the worst service overall. And my mum is your number supporter she is 55 and she looks like she's 40 bcz she only uses your products. That guy just ruined your brand for me. Very disappointing.
